I am so thrilled to be trying 28 days of Personal Trainer Food! No counting calories, points, starving, etc., etc. Personal Trainer Food is simple natural food and no processed foods. Personal Trainer Food uses only natural foods like Meats, Vegetables, Eggs, Nuts and NO processed fillers, sugars, starches, noodles, rice, potatoes, gravies, etc. I love this! So easy!
The food arrived quickly and was carefully frozen in individual packages. There was a lot of food (make sure your freezer is empty when you order!) and I couldn't decide what to try first, the variety was fabulous and everything looked so good!
Here's what I decided on for today (all pictured above)- cheddar omelet and maple sausage for breakfast, a HUGE bag of smoked almonds for a snacks, lunch was teriyaki chicken and green beans (with a fabulous buttery garlic sauce), dinner will be grilled chicken with mixed veggies (again with the to die for butter garlic sauce). Yum! I can't say enough about how good this food is, I have to admit I was so surprised at the SUPER fresh quality of this food! The chicken was tender and tasted like I had just grilled it myself, veggies were fresh steamed! I must say breakfast was my favorite. I felt like I was indulging on vacation with a cheesy omelet and sausage. I'm not normally a breakfast person- I may eat a bagel once in while but normally I skip it (I know bad, bad!). I felt full and later actually had to remind myself it was lunchtime vs. my normal snacky morning routine.
