ALOHA's Edamame Salad



Salad's are a staple around our house and I'm always trying to mix up my veggies in new ways! Using ALOHA's Daily Good Greens, a superfood-packed green powder, this salad is power packed with 14 essential whole-foods equal to 2 servings of fruits and vegetables.

This easy-to-make starter is finished with a light, healthy dressing of ginger, honey, olive oil, and rice wine vinegar for a perfect blend of sweet and sour. Optional radishes add an extra bite, with a smooth texture from avocado that results in an ideal mix of flavor.

What you'll need...

  • 1 16-ounce bag frozen shelled edamame, thawed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Scant 1/4 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Pinch of salt and fresh cracked pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 5 to 8 radishes, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 packet ALOHA's Daily Good Greens


Boil edamame in a saucepan until cooked through, then drain and let cool. To make dressing, whisk together rice wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, ginger, lime, honey, salt and pepper, and The Daily Good. Combine edamame with green onion, parsley, radishes, and avocado. Add dressing to serve.
