Personal Trainer Food 2 Week Update + Discount Code!

 Personal Trainer Food uses only natural foods like Meats, Vegetables, Eggs, Nuts and NO processed fillers, sugars, starches, noodles, rice, potatoes, gravies, etc. I love this! So easy!

I'm at the end of 2 weeks of this great meal plan and am still enjoying how simple and easy it is!  I am amazed at how my body has changed in just 2 weeks including a little cheating  (an occasional glass of wine is my weakness). I'm not one to use (or even own) a scale, but i am absolutely noticing a difference in how my jeans fit and even had to buy a new pair! I will admit I have been looking at the food choices everyday and questioning how the heck I was losing weight eating angus burgers, cheddar omelets, maple sausage, etc. But I realize it's the full factor that seems be working for me. I have no interest in digging my hands into the kid's crackers, noodles, etc.

  1. Great job! I don't think there is anything wrong with the occasional glass of wine, or a snack here or there. If anyone is going to be successful at a lifestyle change they have to feel like they aren't being 'cheated' out of anything they would normally have. CONGRATS on noticing a difference in how your clothes fit.

  4. Cheating is good for the least when it comes to food. LOL!!! If you didn't cheat once in a while, you'd go crazy and chuck the whole thing.
